According to the manufacturer, it is a “hardcore” version of their 7-DFB, claiming that weight can be lost within just seven days, or else the company provides a guarantee to give the consumer their money back.

Can 7-DFBX really follow through with these promises made by its manufacturers? We decided to dig deeper into those claims and into the 7-DFBX formula to see how effective this diet pill actually is.

The Claims

According to the manufacturers of 7-DFBX, they conducted five years of clinical research in order to create this fast-acting fat burner. It has been designed not only to help you burn fat quickly, but also to act as a body detoxification system. The suggestion is that, when you take 7-DFBX, your body will undergo a detoxification process, which may cause you to have more frequent bowel movements.

This fat-burning supplement comes with a lot of promises, including a claim that it will jump-start the fat-burning process in the body, providing a quick, sure-fire solution to ridding the body of fat. The 7-DFBX team also says that it will increase your metabolic activity and suppress your appetite.

The Ingredients

The 7-DFBX diet pills, or fat burners, are comprised of 35 ingredients. Some of the most notable ingredients included in that list are caffeine, potassium gluconate, chromium polynicotinate, oat bran fiber, barley rice fiber, apple pectin, fennel seeds, dandelion root, uva ursi, burdock root, and Irish moss.

Two of these ingredients stand out to us–one of which is caffeine, which has been proven to have surprisingly powerful weight loss abilities. For starters, caffeine possesses the ability to not only increase your energy levels, but also to improve the quality of your mental focus and attention span. Caffeine has also shown the capacity to give you more endurance, stimulate your body’s thermogenetic processes and thus burn more fat, speed up your metabolism, and even to suppress your appetite.

We are also impressed with 7-DFBX’s inclusion of chromium polynicotinate, which is an effective appetite suppressant. With this ingredient, you will be able to successfully resist even your strongest cravings as well as feel fuller after eating smaller portions. In fact, in one clinical trial, chromium polynicotinate helped subjects naturally eat 365 fewer calories a day. Chromium polynicotinate also has the ability to optimize your body’s metabolism of specifically carbohydrates and fats.

Our Opinion

After going over the 7-DFBX formula in more detail, we have to say that we are impressed. We think that this is a diet pill that will actually help you lose weight without subjecting you to adverse side effects, and we don’t see any reason why you shouldn’t add 7-DFBX to your diet and exercise plan.
