P90W

I know what your thinking…. rip-off of P90X.  But to be fair “W” comes before “X”, so it’s that latter that should be upset over any trademark issues.  Anyways P90W has nothing to do with working out, in fact they highly recommend skipping the gym altogether.  Their motto is “Why do in the gym today, what you could skip forever”.  Talk about a lazy diet pill manufacturer.

What is this Diet Pill?

So what exactly is P90W?  The “90″ stands for 90%.   The “P” stands for….Pop Rocks….I’m not kidding.  The “W” is the one natural ingredient in this pill….Water.  So what we have is a diet pill containing 90% Pop Rocks and 10% water.  It’s made by adding the ingredients together and letting the Pop Rocks get mushy in the water.  The solution is then spread onto wax paper and allowed to dry for several days.  Once the drying process is complete, the proprietary blend is stuffed into pill capsules.  You are probably saying, well why can’t I just eat Pop Rocks straight out of the package?? Won’t it do the same thing?? Well, that’s where they aren’t being completely honest.  There are other ingredients (i.e. caffeine, willow bark, etc) added to make this diet pill even remotely effective.  So it should be named “P90W with some other ingredients added”.

How Does it work?

Even though Pop Rocks (PR) are the feature ingredient, the caffeine is going to be the “juice” that helps you lose weight.  Caffeine has been proven to help many people shed pounds.  But what these pills have is something proven to make people gain weight….Sugar!  Yep, I know it may come as a shocker, but Pop Rocks contain loads of sugar, countering any weight loss effect caffeine will have.  The makers of P90W claim the PR’s will absorb any fluids you have in your stomach and make you feel full.  What they don’t tell you is you’re stuffing hundreds of empty calories in your belly.

Conclusion

It doesn’t take a Rocket Science to see this company is trying to take advantage of a growing demographics of Fat Kids.  Unfortunately this will only add fuel to the fat cells and have you craving more junk food.  Also their motto of working out comes as a big shock.  There is scientific proof that the opposite is true when it comes to exercising.  Our advice, if you’re willing to try this, go out and get a hot fudge sundae first; it’ll have the same effect.
