Placentax Review
Of all the drugs, I mean “diet” pills, we’ve discussed, nothing compares to this next little pill: Placentax. In case you haven’t heard the companies claim, let’s read the snippet below.
“What we’ve developed here is a diet pill that works for anyone, regardless of your age, shape or health. There are absolutely no risks involved in taking this product.” – J. Bidding, M.D.
(One year later, the makers of Placentax faced a lawsuit from several families whose loved ones died from kidney failure.)
After reading that snippet, you might think that you don’t have to worry about any side effects that this pill might cause; this is because “Mr. Doctor” decided to endorse a product that either was never truly tested, or he really isn’t a doctor. The fact is that this diet pill has caused more miscarriages and kidney failures than any drug in history.*
The Scoop
First off, diet pills are not meant for everyone, especially women who are pregnant. Some women believe they can afford to lose a little weight while pregnant to prevent having to lose more weight after the baby is born — that couldn’t be farther from the truth.
Although exercise is important while dieting, mixing certain medications with diet pills is a no-no. This is also something that the makers of Placentax failed to mention. Even when mixed with some aspirins, Placentax can shut down the kidneys, causing severe problems and sometimes death.
The Causes
Placentax blocks 25% of fat from being stored by the body, which is a good thing; however, if it crosses the placenta of a pregnant mother, then it can prevent valuable nutrients from reaching the baby and cause serious harm or death. One case was from a woman who didn’t know she was pregnant and miscarried just one week after taking Placentax. One dieter writes:
“I felt really bad one morning but didn’t think anything of it. After waking up in the hospital, I found out I had kidney failure. I’m lucky to be alive.” – Jason White, Nebraska.
Although Placentax has produced warning labels on the bottles, it doesn’t make it a safe product. All the positive advertising and increased safety labeling will not change the actual product. Avoid Placentax if you want to live a healthier lifestyle.
